Return Policy

📌 Important note: All our products are made-to-order using Printful. This means:

  • ✅ We only accept returns or issue replacements for damaged items, misprints, or fulfillment errors.
  • 🚫 We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or if you change your mind after purchase.

If you believe your item qualifies for a return or replacement, please follow the steps below.

How to start a return

To initiate a return or report an issue, please use the Printful Return Center:

Do not send items back to us directly. All returns must be submitted through Printful for processing and approval.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unworn, unused)
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Unapproved returns or returns sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, report it within 30 days via the Printful Return Center with photo evidence. We'll work with Printful to make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for sizing or style changes. If your item is eligible for return, follow the Printful process above. Once approved, you can place a new order separately.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and submitted through the Printful Return Center.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by Printful, you'll be notified if your refund is approved. If approved, it will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please reach out to Printful via their Customer Support.
